Immediate Care Walk-In Management LLC is Hiring a Medical Billing Coordinator Near Red Bank, NJ
Reports to: Senior Practice Administrator
Summary: The Medical Billing Coordinator tracks and audits patients' charts and corrects missing or incorrect information.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Audit and, when necessary, correct "open charts" received from our 3rd party billing partner.
•Monitor tracking sheets from 3rd party partner and contact patients for information as needed (demographic, insurance coverage, payment, etc.).
•Track and coordinate entry into EMR system of patient charts from various mobile testing sites.
•Other duties as assigned by the Senior Practice Administrator/Operations Director.
Requirements
Required Experience:
•1 year of Intergy/Greenway electronic medical records system experience required.
•Medical billing experience preferred.
•Basic computer skills
•Detail oriented
•Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
